Idling rough and no power through 4th and 5th gear

I have changed fuel filter fuel pump plugs wires catalytic converter erg valve erg sensor ecu checked timing checked spark checked fuel pressure checked exhaust back pressure checked compression checked and cleaned maf sensor changed pcv valve and checked transmission. And I took it to a quick lube place and had them clean the injectors. And no matter what it wont get above 45mph. And I still cant figure out whats going on with it. I have ran out of ideas can anyone help.
