1992 Ford F 150 Upper Radiator Hose Burst Replaced Filled Radiator Everything

My upper radiator hose burst. I replaced the hose and filled the radiator. Everything seemed fine. Went to start and it would turn over but not start. Good charge with battery. Don't know why it won't start???

You may have water in some of the electrical connections, do you have spark. injection pulse and fuel pressure?
