My belts are really making some noise

There is a loud screeching sound from the engine compartment when I turn the engine on. It is a 1992 ford supercab truck. I am told that it might be the fan belt or alternator. please help

could be belt or alternator bearing or other bearing on pulleys? does it go away after few seconds/minutes? you can use tube to ear to focus on sound.

what motor is it? some ford cam sensors can be screechy too!
