how do i get to the window motor?

- pass side power window up but won't work
door panel off, wires are fine, fuse is ok, motor is on the inside of door. Don't see how to get to it.

most likely has to come out with the regulator. it need to be disconnected from the window, rivets drilled out, wires undone and work it out the big hole in the door.
