Will the 140 mph police speedometer cluster fit my 1992 crown vic with the trailer towing package?

Odometer is broken speedo works. I have the older non-electronic transmission. I would like to install the police speedo instead of repairing the old 85 mph speedo

as long as it's the same tpe of dash and hookup it should work
