Well its has trouble starting on a cold day after it sets but if its nice it starts up n if I coke it wit my hand it helps or just hit it wit starter fueled it helps n when I drive it when I punch it an when my boost hits over 7lbs it bogs down I believe its the oxgen sensor

Check fuel pressure to the engine and make sure it is within spec.
