1992 Dodge Van Ve Been Driving Yesterday Went Drive Wouldn T Start Red

I've been driving my van and yesterday when I went to drive it, it wouldn't start.
No red lights on dash, no nothing. Battery is good, checked all fuses, signal lights won't work, but emergency lights do. Headlights are bright. Any ideas?

check for fusible links burnt near battery or starter.
