where is the fusible link feeding pin 7 of the ignition switch in 2002 dodge caravan

The van died with no power to anything but the lights. Troubleshooting lead to the fusible link feeding pin 7 of the ignition switch. (A1 12RD wire). I can not locate the fusible link, can you tell me where it might be located at.
