Clicking noise in dash when wipers are on wipers still work yet

check for a loose bolt/nut on wiper motor or wiper trans hitting something in front of windshield.

There is some sort of box with wires connected to it just to the right of steering shaft that's making the clicking noise u can feel it if u touch the box with your hand?

without seeing it I can't give a definitive answer. however it could still be a wiper trans problem transferring through the part making you think that is it.

Wiper trans? What is that do u mean the motor itself?

its the parts that go from the motor to the wipers, nowadays it's all one thing with the motor but in your case it can be bought separate. it may be hiting the body or the nut/bolt is loose on motor letting it hit. it's under the plastic vent in front of windshield
