1992 Daihatsu Charade Hi Yesterday Drove Through Flood Water About Minute Later

Hi,

Yesterday I drove through a flood water and about a minute later the car started braking down. Everytime I push the gas down it shuts down. What do you think would be the problem?

Remove the distributor cap and check for presence of water. Dry it out if any found and reinstall. Remember to mark the wires before pulling them out.
