1992 chrysler le baron

it gets power, it starts (fuel) and it has spark..... so.....

the car will start after sitting on a trickle charge for couple hours.
the car will start after turning the key for like 2-3 seconds
than right after it starts, it dies.

so like literally, turn key for couple seconds, car starts than imediately dies

any thoughts as to why?

Make sure the battery has a full charge, you need a digital multimeter at least, for testing. A full charged battery is around 12.6 volts. Also, check the charging system, engine running, should be the alternator carrying electrical load. Use a gage and check fuel pressure. Check for mil codes, you should be able to get some flash codes.

If you have to charge the battery for a couple of hr's to start it i would have the battery tested and make sure the battery cable's are clean and tight. That would be my starting point.
