My digital instrement cluster have no display

I boust this car from a 92year old lady it has 65.000 miles when i bought it the instrument cluster does not work but the light for the check engine gage works, but the odmetor,spedometor,temp and gas gage does not work it is digital i check the fuse box has pawer good fuses when i took the cluster out ther are a dozen pens on two plugs that plugs on the back of the cluster i put my test light on them i have only 2 of the pins show power. what do you think i should test next or should i try to find i new cluster
