Heater blower motor

Whats the fastest and easiest way to replace a heater blower motor mine went out and its the middle of winter!

REMOVE OR DISCONNECT


Front screw from right door sill trim plate.
Right hinge pillar trim panel.
Electrical connectors, as necessary.
Blower motor cover.
Vent hose.
Courtesy light (if equipped).
Loosen courtesy light screws and move light aside (if equipped).
Bolt from right dash support.
Blower motor flange screws.
Blower motor.
May be necessary to pry back dash.
Blower motor fan.
