Tapping under passenger side dash.

Tapping noise coming from passenger side dash. It happens when turning the truck on, off, and when I turn the heat/ac on or off. It lasts for about 5-10 seconds and stops. I have already replaced the recirculation fan/motor.

You've probably got something stuck in one of the blend doors inside the airbox.

How do I get rid of it. Its been going on for almost a year now.
