Intermittent vibration, kind of like driving over rumble strips

First people said it was the idler arm, {not}then {pitman, then steering gearing gear box,}None of the above, wheels seem tight when raised on a jack, tried for movement top to bottom, seem tight. Any ideas {help}?

If not felt in the steering it will be related to rear wheels, rear suspension or drive line vibration.

Put in gear foot heavy on brake raise RPMS to stall speed @1800-2200 if shudder happens then torque convertor
