front brakes will not release

I have a 92 chevy s10 with a 2.8 engine. the front brakes will not release. i have replaced all the lines, the calipers and the brake shoes. do you have any suggestions on what it might be that is causing this.

the passenger side on the front locked up and have replaced almost everything.now the passenger and driver side r not releasing.

This is common when the brake booster push rod is adjusted too far out, remove the master and wind it in a couple of turns.
