Chevy Cavalier z24 3.1 Have replaced fuel pressure regulator replaced o rings on injectors replace plug wires and plugs but car still runs like poop. tried onboard diagnostic and all I got was 12 which is the start numbers to diagnose? please if u have any ideas?

Engines lopes while driving stalls at stoplight or sign runs real rough.

scan for codes , check your fuelpressure-41-47 psi at idle. and clean throttleplate and iac hole with choke cleaner on both sides. car will start hard after cleaning.
