Why is my car getting to much fuel?

1992 Chevy Cavalier z24 3.1 I have replaced fuel pump fuel pressure regulator fuel filters and strainers Egr o-rings on injectors vacuum lines o2 sensor oil pressure gauge not to mention the spark plugs and wires twice now in 4 months what would be causing my car from getting to much fuel? at my wits end.....

your pressure should be 41-47 psi check that first, if not check the injectors for resistance they should be right around 11.8-12.6 ohms
