92 RS Camaro brake light problem

I have a 1992 RS camaro 25th anniversary edition, I have had several problems with it but corrected most. Now the problem i am having is my brake lights do not work and the brake light on the Dash is always on. I replaced the bulbs and checked the fuses disconnected the E brake(They didn't work anyways) what else can i do the 3rd brake light isn't working either. All other lights work i am stuck and need help bad!!

Inspect and test the brake switch follow the brake pedal arm the switch is on the brake support bracket-

I notice the car has a normally closed brake switch and there are 2 switches there one has an Air hose running off of it how do i test them and which one is the right one

The one with the vacuum hose is for the cruise control. The vacuum dropout is a backup in case the electrical switch doesn't kick the cruise off when you tap the brake pedal.

I have messed with them once before trying to figure it out, How is it i go about checking them?

Fastest way is to measure the voltage on the two wires. As I recall, there is an orange feed wire that should have voltage all the time and a white wire that should have voltage when the brake pedal is pressed.

Or disconnect the brake switch and jumper the connector and check if the brake lites are on
