dies in traffic but runs great on hwy until u stop

sometimes it will start back up and some not. I replaced map sensor,fuel pump and some relay.I also hear a clicking noise under the hood when it starts. When it dies it looses all power

When it dies, it looses all power. Do you mean electrical items too? Have you checked for trouble codes? Have you checked fuel pump pressure even though the pump is new? Have you checked IAC?
