My speed odometer is not working

The mpg reading has lines in it, and the temperature reading has lines in it. it pops in an out? sometimes when I drive it just starts working?

you will have to replace the speedo head.they sell rebuilt panels at the dealer.the panel digits and information will not be displayed.
