1992 cadillac el dorado I have had the brake pads the rotors, the master cylinder and the lines all replaced about 2 months ago and now when I go to stop I must push with extreme force and the car does not want to stop and the pedal touches the floor what else could be wrong?

Check for external leaks if none-rebleed it don't work -recheck the brake master cylinder for internal leak-

Did you have all these parts replaced at one time? If not, what was the order in which they were replaced? Did you drive the car after each repair?

This could be a vacumn problem. Check the vacuem at the booster.

That is right! I must have thought at first that it has something to do with a leak. Where you able to check on the caps if all is well? Maybe I t was just a loose cap on its lid.

Go to the booster and check for vacum on the hose there with a vacum gauge.
