1992 Cadillac Deville You Remove Old Catalytic Converter Sleeve Stuck Tried

How do you remove the old catalytic converter sleeve. Mine are stuck I have tried everything. This is on a 1992 Cadillac Deville.

look at pic.#5 do u see the weld on the pipe.youll need a pipe cutter to cut the outer pipe so u can remove it.u put it around the pipe.it clamps around the pipe and has cutting wheels.you clamp it on the pipe past the weld.u tighten the tool and the wheels cut the pipe.just push to tool back and forth and keep tighting the tool.it will cut the outer pipe.then u can remove it.gl
