Hi I would like to know if these spark plugs have something going on. My dad changed them at 40,000 miles and I am changing them at 135,000 miles. I know the rust is most likely from the salt. I live in Virginia. Here are the pictures. Sorry. I did the best I could to take these. Ichanged the distributor and only the front spark plugs so far the rears are hard to get to.

They were a pain to change. So I figured might as well. Also the doesnt get run that much. Maybe in a year it only gets 10,000 miles if we are lucky. When I was taking them out they were cracking and breaking to pieces.

May be a good idea to smear the threads with a little anti seize paste or some copper spray, that will help stop them binding up next time they come out, and I hope it's not in another 100,000 mls. Lol

No it wont be probably 40,000 miles. Yeah I put the anti seize on the new ones. The ones on our 1998 Chevy Camaro have never been changed they are still original. They have 164,000 miles on them. So that will be my next project. That one shall be fun. I also need to do the fuel filter that has never been changed either On the 1998 Chevy Camaro.
