brake line

The 2 brake lines that goes to the master cylinder. Can I cut it off because both brake lines are stripped that connect to the master cylinder. Then how would I reflare it. Thanks.

It's cheaper to buy pre-made lines with the connectors already on them. There's two different types of flares, the standard double flare and the metric iso flare. Making either one requires a special tool set with an insert that often breaks. Even professionals sometimes have less than ideal results with the right tools. You can buy the correct line and carefully bend it with your thumbs pointing to each other and touching. Do it slowly to prevent kinking it.
