temp light blinking

Temp light started blinking a few weeks weeks after I had changed th water pump, upper and lower hoses and the thermastar. Car is not overheating but is burning coolant. Taken long trips with the light blinking and dosent give me any problems.

If its burning coolant, Have it block and pressure test the cooling system
