1992 Buick Roadmaster power steering bracket

My nephew's power steering bracket keeps breaking its been replaced at least 3 times can you give a possible solution for this or explain why it may keep happening.

something is probably out of line on this or belt is to tight , but I'd think out of line use a ruler to see if straight or not.
