The blower motor is under passenger side dash. You will have to remove/drop the insulator under the dash. My info also shows a convenience center, under there, remove the mounting bolts for the convenience center, just let it hang down. Then you should see the blower motor. Check for voltage and ground at the blower motor with controls turned on. If you have good voltage and ground with no blower action, suspect the blower motor.
