My car has had a fuel filter and fuel pump and fuel relay switch pry to this I heard a buzzing sound I thought tha passenger seat was stuck then I ran out of gas they said it was tha fuel pump I had a fuel pump put on and it still didn't start and their was smoke coming from tha steering wheel what's wrong with my car

you have shorted wires in the column that must be fixed before proceeding any further
