trouble changing or getting the vent defrost

i'm having trouble changing or getting the vent, defrost, air cond (max) or Normal ect. buttons to work, as to change, even to the off position help??

I have a 92 buick park ave, i can't get the switches to change on the air cond, vent, bi-level, ect. not even to the off position, what do i do?...?

Symptom indicates a fault with the control panel and most likely requires replacement.
