1992 Buick Park Avenue Heater Blower Does Work Replaced Relay Didnt There

The heater blower does not work. I have replaced the relay and it didnt help. Are there any other fuses or circuit breakers I can check ?

So it doesnt work on any speeds?Did you check the blower fuse yet?Do you have a mulitimeter to do some testing?
