When accelerating in rainy or cold weather my car sometimes kicks back like it is miss firing. Any clue as to what it is or how to fix it?

Has the check engine light ever come on? When was the last tune up?

No check engine light. I got it checked out about 4 months ago my mechanic changed the sparks and wires but it still happens. I am religious about getting my regular maintance done and I always have who ever is checking it out make the full once over.

I need you to try something. When it is dark out, start the engine and spray it down with water to see if there is any sparking or arcing from the electrical system. Let me know what you find.
