1992 Buick Lesabre Bad Ground Wire Heater C Control Panel Heat 2nd

i have a bad ground wire to the heater & a/c control panel. I have no a/c or heat. I need to ground a 2nd wire or something like that in order to repair or replace the bad wire. Do you have any suggestions on how to fix this.

If your sure of the problem, and which wire, just splice in a redundant ground and run it to chassis. See if it works?
