car will act like it want to start

92 Acura legend when I'm running the a/c,stop and go in a store come back out my car will act like it want to start but shut right back down.If I hold the gas while start if will make a winding noise and Freon starts shooting from below.

If I leave it sitting & running it's starts popping and shooting Freon from below as well.

Check the fuel pressure if its within specs and also find where the freon is leaking at and get it repaired
