have problem shifting into gear after driving the car for about 30 minutes. has a new clutch.

Well i change my clutch on my 1992 acura integra ls about 2 months ago. It is a cable transmission.When i drive the car for about 30 mins, it starts to get difficult to shift into 1st gear. then a few minutes after it wont want to shift into ANY gear at all. i checked transmission fluid and adjusted the transmission cable. could it be the a bad pressure plate or bad tranny.

note: before all that happened my clutch would slip at higher rpm's (4,000 +) i dont abuse it at all.

i would suspect a failing pressure plate.

Is the transmission oil used correct?
Honda and Acura uses very low viscosity oil.

Are you able to shift when engine is off?
Was the pressure plate replaced with the disk?

Yes I used Honda manual transmission fluid that I bought straight from the dealer.
Yes when the car is off I'm able to shift in every gear
Yes I bought a clutch set and replaced everything.

Recheck the cable adjustment.
What is the pedal height?

Okay. I just adjusted the cable. Shouldnt there be an inch or less of free play on the clutch lever. There's no play on it at the adjustment that I have on it. Had to pull the cable to adjust and turn the adjust nut so I would be enough to let the gears go in. And when I'm driving it now the clutch begins to grap as soon as I begin to decrease pressure on the pedal.

I have had a few do this and it turned out to be the flywheel was worn out. did you have it checked when you did the clutch??

I took the flywheel to a my local auto parts store that also has a machine shop. Got the flywheel resurfaced.

Something don't seem right with the clutch installation.

Check the clutch cable condition, clutch pedal support and cable support at the wheel house. Look out for signs of any part giving way when pressure is applied to the pedal.

If you do not find anything wrong, you most probably has to remove the trans again to check the clutch.

Is the clutch OEM or aftermarket?
