1991 Volvo 240 Loud Bang Rear Immediately Grinding Sound Only While Moving

Loud bang from rear, then immediately, a grinding sound only while moving.
Car seems to drive and shift ok (manual 5 speed) , engine fine.
Already replaced rear wheel bearings, then drove it , grinding still there.
Whats up, can you help ?

It could be a bearing in the differential. I recommend checking that. Also, make sure nothing is going on with the brakes causing a grinding.
