EFI relay location?

Has spark but fuel pump has no voltage and injectors wont fire. Where is the EFI relay? Im running snap-on shop key and its not showing me much at all on component locations

Jumper the check engine connector-Batt to Fp and see what happens-it beginning to sound like EFI and COR relay. Check out the diagrams (Below). Please let us know what happens.

Also, attached below is the testing of the relay and location information.

If this relay tests out okay then we need to go to the circuit opening relay which directly controls the fuel pump. I included the info on this relay as well.
