Sorry didnt read the antifreeze in the oil pan before. There your problem you have to figure out whats going on there.

If it is a 22RE, the timing chain has gone bad and rubbed a hole in the timing cover. The timing cover if does have a hole in it can be welded by a good welder. Have repaired several of these.
