I have a 1991 toyota 4x4 pickup 3.0 it has been missing bad since I replaced the starter and fuel pump due to an electrical wire being******* lose on a trail

you need to narrow it down to a particular cyliner. check all the plug wires on both ends to see if they have come undone or loose.
otherwise you may need plugs and wires replacements. did you run through water?? if you did, then it may be the wires.

also take your distributor off an make sure it is clean an in good shape
