1991 Toyota Pickup Lights That Dash Supposed Light You Temperature Setting Fan

The lights that are in the dash and supposed to light up so you can see what temperature and what setting the fan is on are out. I was wondering if anyone knew how to replace these lights.

If it is the bulbs taht are blown, removing the meter cluster would allow you to replace them.

If system is equipped with brightness control, ensure it is not turned to minimum.
Ensure all other illumination and taillights are working.
