electronic fuel injection but when i put it in gear and drive it is fine when i turn on headlights it starts shimmeyinh and sputtering like no fuel can it be the efi relay?

no, unhook the alternator and see if it still does it

unplug alternator which is brand new and turn on lights and truck won't stay running
