i CHANGED THE OIL IN MY 22RE 1991 tOYOTA PICKUP AND ACCIDENTLY CAUSED A SHORT WITH MY FILTER WRENCH. wHEN i WENT TO CRANK THE ENGINE ALL ELECTRICAL SYSYEMS WENT DOWN. lIGHTS. DOME LIGHTS, DASH LIGHTS, EVERYTHING. iS THER A MAIN FUSE THAT MAY HAVE BLOWN? I ASK BECAUSE ALL ELECTRICAL WENT OUT.

I would check all the fuses especially the large main ones.
