No, the wiring will be different and I'm not sure it will fit.

I looked at the wiring harness on the back of our current one that's broken and the wiring harness on the back of the one for sale and there the same. Is there any way to confirm weather it will work with out buying it first?

If you have a wiring schematic for both the 91 and the stereo from the newer vehicle, it shouldn't be too bad. However, the schematic may be hard to find.
