Will a Original 2011 Toyota Corolla stereo with bluetooth phone connectivity, Ipod connectivity, MP3 player, reversing camera compatible and 6 stacker CD. Fit in a 1991 toyota hilux with no rewiring needed?

No, the wiring will be different and I'm not sure it will fit.

i looked at the wiring harness on the back of our current one that's broken and the wiring harness on the back of the one for sale and there the same. Is there any way to confirm weather it will work with out buying it first?

They may look the same but there is 10 years of change between them.

If you have a wiring schematic for both the 91 and the stereo from the newer vehicle, it shouldn't be too bad. However, the schematic may be hard to find.
