What does air/fuel ratio code mean and is that a sensor?

Gentleman called me asked if I could scan his car the check engine light came on saterday, I said I could scanner would not show any codes seen that the check engine light was blinking and wrote the number of times it blinked.

It said code 25. It flashed 2 times then 5 times

Running too lean. Could be a sensor or vac leak maybe between IAT and throttle body. You have MAP, ECT, IAT, 2 OX sensors.

Im not very fimilar with toyota so what is the IAT, ECT sorry if I seem dumb but never fixed one before. And where would the sensor be located?
