Chatter at high speeds

When i get to high speeds i get this chatter feeling

Okay, . . . Where do you feel it? Steering wheel, pedals, seat, etc. Have you inspected the front tire wear for unusual patterns? How many miles on the car? Did this suddenly start or get gradually worse over time? Manual or automatic transmission? Really need a few details.
