The car was starting just fine until I un-screwed one of the screws on the rotor and put it back on cause I realized the other one was hidden, now the car wont start but turns over trying to start. It was just fine until that. I don't know what happened maybe something came loose? But I have no clue what to do.

Make sure the rotor is properly seated. Make sure the distributor cap is in the correct position and secure. Make sure the coil wire is properly attached to both the dist cap and coil.

I believe you are refering to the distributor cap screws. Check if any wires of the distributor had been dislodged.
