1991 Toyota 4runner Change Head Gasket Fuel Pump Set Timing Wont Start Cause

i change the head gasket and a fuel pump, set the timing and it wont start cause no fuel is gething in the injectors wont shot nor start would the computer shot down the injectors for some reason?

the pump would still run.

re check your work to verify all connections and components. check all fuses
