now i cleaned the spark plugs and drive the car drive was little bit batter smooth but but jerking problem still and also when i cross the speed breaker then car want much accelerator .
why
ignition coil need to replace ?

Yes, How did the plugs look? were any of them particularly wet or white? if your getting a jerking out of it when accelerating the problem is likely a misfire. does it have and engine code? Check the plugs again, the gaps might be wearing down. you may need to do a "tune up" (replace the plugs and wires). I would start there and then replace the coil pack if the problem persists. let me know
