when i change the gear means high to low speed and low to high i gives accelerator then car take jerk i don't know why please help me what is the problem

Check the spark plugs and wires.

can i change new spark plugs ?
or
can i change ignition coil ?
for better and smooth driving and low fuel consumption.

when i start the car car in neutral gear car gives jerk time to time and after acceleration it is going smooth but not 100% and also in first gear ruining again car gives jerk time to time why sir?

You were told to check the spark plugs and wires, have you done so?

i cleaned the spark plugs and reinstall and drive smoothly but after 5. 6 days again facing previous problem and car gives misfire and little bit back fire now what i do?

There are no easy technique for valve adjustment.

You need to remove the valve cover and turn the the engine to TDC at compression for cylinder #1 and start from there.
