How do I change a fuel filter on a 1991 Suburu Legacy?

Release the fuel pressure by unplugging the fuel pump connector and cranking the engine until it fails to start.

Remove the holding clips from the filter ends and unplug filter from hoses. Remove filter from bracket and reverse procedures for installation.
